ABOUT CLAIRE
I wanted to do more - to understand better
PEOPLE, AND HOW THEY BEST WORK TOGETHER HAS ALWAYS BEEN AT THE HEART OF MY CAREER.
Throughout my career I have focused on organisational and leadership performance.
As a specialist in organisation strategy, design and change I have worked with CEOs and their teams to help define their priorities and then develop the right organisational blueprint to deliver them. I have considerable experience working in professional services both as a partner, and with professional services clients.
WHERE I BEGAN
Having studied History of Art at university Claire has always been fascinated in unpicking the bigger picture. In trying to get to the heart of the broader narratives, hidden symbols cultures and societal changes that make up the structures of meaning.
